Free Delivery on Orders over €50. €5.95 for all other orders.

All deliveries are made through An Post Business Parcel Post with Tracking Number. Any lost items will be tracked and refunded fully.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund

To return an item, please email customer service at admin@retrogaming.ie with your order number. All non-defective returns must be made within 14 days of the purchase date, as per EU distance selling obligations.

Once we receive return of your item we will notify you by email when your return has been processed, and refund Issued. Please allow 2-3 working days before the refund is processed and hits your bank account

Exceptions : Gift Cards cannot be returned
